This policy explains cancellations and refunds for credit packs purchased on HireTap, a service of HireSense.ai Private Limited. HireTap is a software service: there are no physical goods and nothing is shipped. Credits are delivered digitally to your workspace as soon as the payment succeeds.
1. Credit packs are non-refundable
Credits are a prepaid, digital service delivered instantly. Once credits have been added to your workspace, the purchase cannot be cancelled and the amount is not refundable, whether or not the credits have been used.
2. When we do refund
You will receive a full refund in these cases:
- the payment was deducted from your account but the purchase failed and no credits were added;
- you were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate payment);
- you were charged an amount different from the price shown at checkout;
- we cancel your order, for example because of a technical error on our side.
3. How to request a refund
Send a request through the contact form at https://hiretap.ai/contact within 7 days of the payment. In the message, include your registered email address, the payment date and amount, and the Razorpay payment ID or transaction reference. We will acknowledge your request within 2 working days.
4. Refund timelines
Approved refunds are initiated within 2 working days and credited to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking or wallet) within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Cancelling your account
You may stop using HireTap and ask us to close your account at any time. Closing an account does not make unused credits refundable. HireTap has no automatic renewals or recurring charges: you are charged only when you choose to buy a credit pack.
