Terms of Service

By agreeing to these Terms you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you use the Service on behalf of a business or for professional recruiting purposes.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity in your workspace. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, nor violate any law in your jurisdiction, including data protection, anti-spam and copyright laws.

You must not transmit any worms, viruses or code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of these Terms will result in immediate termination of your access to the Service.

HireTap is an AI-assisted recruiting platform that helps teams search for candidates, build shortlists, contact candidates and manage hiring pipelines. Candidate information shown in the Service comes from publicly available and licensed sources; we do not guarantee that any profile is complete, current or that a candidate will respond.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, and to modify, suspend or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Paid features of the Service are used through prepaid credits purchased in packs listed on our Pricing page. Prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice; a change never affects credits already purchased.

Payments are processed by our payment partner Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details. Credits are added to your workspace once the payment is confirmed. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information.

We may refuse or cancel any order, for example where a payment appears fraudulent or the order was placed in error; in that case any amount charged is refunded as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

We are not responsible if information made available on this site or in the Service is not accurate, complete or current. The material is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for hiring decisions. Any reliance on it is at your own risk.

Occasionally there may be typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to descriptions, pricing or availability. We reserve the right to correct them and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party tools and websites (for example your ATS, email or messaging providers, and Razorpay). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products or services, and such tools are provided "as is". Your use of them is governed by the third party's own terms.

You keep ownership of the content you upload, such as job descriptions, notes and messages. You grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service. If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them without restriction or obligation to you.

You agree that your content will not violate any right of any third party and will not contain unlawful, abusive or obscene material or any malware. You are solely responsible for the content you submit.

Your submission of personal information through the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy.

In addition to the other prohibitions in these Terms, you may not use the site or the Service: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform unlawful acts; (c) to violate any applicable laws or regulations; (d) to infringe our or others' intellectual property rights; (e) to harass, abuse, defame or discriminate against anyone; (f) to submit false or misleading information; (g) to upload or transmit malicious code; (h) to collect or track the personal information of others beyond the Service's intended recruiting use; (i) to spam, phish, scrape, crawl or reverse-engineer the Service; or (j) to interfere with or circumvent its security features. We may terminate your use of the Service for any such violation.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that results obtained from it will be accurate or reliable. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HireSense.ai Private Limited, its directors, employees, affiliates and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless HireSense.ai Private Limited and its affiliates, officers, employees and service providers from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to your breach of these Terms, your misuse of candidate data, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, void or unenforceable, it shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted and the rest of these Terms shall remain in effect.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms; obligations incurred before termination survive it. Unused credits on an account terminated for a breach are forfeited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
